Blade Quality & Craftsmanship

Each blade is individually hand-forged by combining 1075 and 15N20 high-carbon steels, repeatedly folded to create a striking Damascus pattern.

Multi-stage artisan process includes:

- Hand welding, folding & forging

- Normalizing, profiling & annealing

- Bevel grinding & surface finishing

- Polishing, buffing & acid etching

- Final sharpening & dual-stage inspection

Heat-treated to HRC 58+ for:

- Enhanced toughness and edge retention

- Superior edge retention

- Increased durability and cutting performance

Damascus Knife Care

- Oil Lightly: Mineral, gun, or camellia oil 

- Hand Wash Only: No dishwasher or harsh chemicals

- Storage: Keep dry; avoid long-term leather sheath storage

- Avoid Acids: Clean immediately after cutting citrus, tomatoes, onions, or meat

- Long-Term Protection: Renaissance Wax or beeswax
