Blade Quality & Craftsmanship

Each blade is individually hand-forged by combining 1075 and 15N20 high-carbon steels, repeatedly folded to create a striking Damascus pattern.

Multi-stage artisan process includes:

- Hand welding, folding & forging

- Normalizing, profiling & annealing

- Bevel grinding & surface finishing

- Polishing, buffing & acid etching

- Final sharpening & dual-stage inspection

Heat-treated to HRC 58+ for:

- Enhanced toughness and edge retention

Damascus Knife Care

- Keep dry; wipe after every use

- Lightly oil weekly (mineral, gun, or camellia oil)

- Hand wash only — no dishwashers or harsh chemicals

- Avoid long-term storage inside leather sheath

- Clean immediately after cutting acidic foods

- For long-term protection, use Renaissance Wax or beeswax
